Responsible landlord

The responsible landlord is Adolfström Fjällgård and we are obliged to:

- Make sure you get the necessary documents.

- Inform you of any significant changes to your reservation.

- Purchased services match the description.

Booking

Your booking becomes binding for both you and Adolfström Fjällgård as soon as it is confirmed verbally or in writing.

The booking conditions also apply at once, whether you have paid in full or in part or not at all. 

Due to events beyond our control such as fire, water damage or force majeure, we are entitled to cancel the contract.

The customer will be informed as soon as possible and the fees paid to us will be refunded without deduction.

Minimum age booking

To book/contract with us, you must be at least 18 years old. Identification is done upon arrival.

Payment

An advance payment of 20% of the total amount is due within 10 days from the date of booking.

The remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date, otherwise the reservation may be forfeited.

If the booking is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, payment of the full amount is due within 10 days.

Arrival and departure

The cottage is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival at the earliest. On the day of departure, check-out is no later than 11:00.

Other arrival and departure times can be arranged if no other guests are booked.

Cancellation policy

If canceled earlier than 30 days before the date of arrival, only the advance payment will be charged to Adolfström Fjällgård.

If the cancellation is made between 30 - 15 days before the arrival date, the prepayment and 50% of the remaining balance will be due

amount to Adolfström Fjällgård.

If cancellation is made 14 days or more before the arrival date, the entire rent must be paid to Adolfström Fjällgård.

In case of cancellation due to illness or accident, only the advance payment is paid to Adolfström Fjällgård. Any excess

the amount paid will be refunded on presentation of a medical certificate.

Obligations as a customer

When you are a customer with us, you are obliged;

- to check the booking confirmation when you receive it and to report any inaccuracies immediately. 

- to comply with the rules, instructions and regulations that apply to our site. You are responsible for any s

damage to property or equipment caused by the negligence of you or a member of your party.

- not to allow more people to stay in the cottage than you indicated in the booking. 

- to respect that smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of our establishment.

We reserve the right to make changes to legislation and prices that are beyond our control. 

Personal data law

With this we want you to agree that personal data may be processed by Adolfström Fjällgård. The purpose of this is to enable

normal guest administration and to ensure that we have reliable personal documentation in case of accidents.
